My everyday make up

Afternoon guys! Today I thought I would share with you my every day make up routine and the products that I use! I hope you enjoy!

First and foremost, I use the Nivea Daily Essentials Moisturising Day Cream- Oil Free for Oily skin. I mentioned in another post about how my skin is oily and I have no idea what to do about it, the product I was using at the time was not working. I have been using this day cream for about a week now and I really like it. I got it in Boots for about £3 I think as it was on offer but it's usually about £6/7.  I think this will be really good for my skin especially during the winter when my skin becomes worse. It's a nice light cream and doesn't stick to your face like other creams do.

Next I do my eye make up, and I use the Natural Collection black eye liner. I really like this eye liner and have been using it for years! It never lets me down, For the price and quality of it, it's so good, probably just as good as a more expensive brand. I have nothing to compare it to because I only use this eye liner but I would like to have a gander at others and see if there is another one that I like. This eye liner costs £2.

Next I use either the Natural Collection black mascara (Lash definition) or the Mac False Lash Extreme. The NC mascara is just as good as the Mac one. Along with the eyeliner I have been using the NC mascara for years and years, I prefer the lash definition one the most though. It's great at separating lashes and gives a natural build and finish. The Mac one does the same, however this one has more of a false lash touch to it (as it says on the packaging) it has more volume than the NC one but I love both of them. The Mac one is only a sample though, I can't bring myself to spending £20 on a mascara when I can get basically the same result for £2 haha.

I then finish off with my BB cream. I don't really want to wear foundation as I feel it would be too heavy for my skin so I have recently invested in BB cream. The one I use is the Garnier SkinActive BB cream for oily-skin which is oil free. I like this because it is lightweight with decent coverage. I've only been using it for about a week so I can't tell much of a difference if my skins less oily or shiny just yet but will keep you updated on that end! This was about £7 in Boots! I also use a foundation brush from Boots to apply this which only costs about £5.

Lastly, I will most likely finish off my look with a Mac lipstick. In the photo I have opted for Mac Whirl, one of the favourite winter lipsticks!

So, I hope you have enjoyed this post! Let me know what you think, and if you use any of the products mentioned above!

Love, Abi x
