BLOGMAS day 10

Hello guys! So today I wanted to share with you my coping mechanisms for exam or other assignment stress! I actually have an exam and presentation next week and I am in no way ready for them and I am pretty stressed but there are just a few things that help me calm down and focus...

1. Making a study timetable. I have done this for my GCSE's and A-Levels and you'd be surprised that it actually works!

2. Start studying months in advance. Being prepared 3-5 months in advance can give you an advantage. I did this with some of my A-Levels and it really gave me a boost!

3.Green tea. If I'm stressing out too much, I just pop the kettle on and have a tea and have a re think my plan and the content of my studying!

4. Classical music. It might sound old and silly, but it really helps me. I find it really soothing and calming. It helps me to concentrate as well unlike other types of music which can be too distracting aching to my ears.

I don't think there are any more ways that I use or do that helps me with studying and stress but those are the main ones!

And it's okay to be a little stressed (or a lot), just take 5 minutes to breath and clear your thoughts and then get back to it.

What do you do to cope with the stress of exams? Do you have any exams or presentations coming up soon?
